All services are provided subject to availability and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at our discretion.

2) No Financial Guarantee

While we aim to provide high-quality financial solutions, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, approvals, profits, or results. Any examples, projections, or estimates provided are for illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon as guarantees.

3) Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Cooperate fully and promptly when requested

  • Ensure that any information supplied does not breach applicable laws or third-party rights

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

4) Fees and Payments

  • Fees for our services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement

  • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

  • Invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services

5) Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, sensitive, or proprietary information obtained during the course of the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.

6) Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, reports, and documentation provided by A&V Corporate Services Ltd remain our intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute such materials without prior written consent.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence

8) Regulatory Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with all applicable UK laws, regulations, and industry requirements. Our services do not replace legal, tax, or regulatory advice unless explicitly stated.

9) Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement:

  • By written notice in accordance with the agreed contract terms

  • Immediately if the other party breaches these Terms

  • Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable.

10) Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details on how we handle personal information.

11) Third-Party Links and Services

We may refer to or work with third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, performance, or actions of third-party services.
